As President and Chief Executive Officer of Clock Spring Company, Inc., Matt Boucher brings a career history that has focused on leading company transformations, business strategy, and financial management and analysis. He joined Clock Spring Company, Inc. from The Brock Group, a $1.5 billion specialty trade and maintenance services contractor to refining, petrochemical, power and industrial manufacturers. As Brock’s Senior Vice President, Operations and Transformation, he led transformation and service and profitability improvement initiatives for a 15,000-person field services organization and developed an understanding of the importance of asset integrity, maintenance and reliability. Matt holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bentley University in Waltham, Mass. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Emily Robertson has over 15 years experience of finance and strategy experience in the industrial services and manufacturing space. She has worked in various corporate finance roles at The Brock Group, PSC, Waste Management and Continental Airlines. Prior to this she was a management consultant with the Parthenon Group in Boston. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Vikki Dunn has 30 years of energy and technology strategic marketing experience. She drives growth through understanding market needs, commercializing differentiated value propositions, and delivering stakeholder engagement and communications plans that build brand and enhance reputation. She has consulted with startups and large firms, was the CMO for GE Oil and Gas – Drilling and Surface, and was Global Marketing Director for Shell Global Solutions. Vikki completed the Executive Leadership Program at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and holds a B.S. in Engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is a frequent speaker at industry events, and a guest lecturer at select university MBA programs.

James “Ryan” Schwarz has more than 17 years experience in composite manufacturing, material selection and technical sales, which led him to join NRI in May of 2008 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Ryan is responsible for the development and management of NRI’s long term marketing growth and action plan, along with strategic partnerships and business relationships. Those fundamental areas include product development, branding, advertising, promotions, and other revenue generating initiatives.
Ryan has developed a strong reputation for integrity and professionalism bridging NRI’s long-term business relationships. He shares his composite knowledge with a team of sales managers that he oversees on day-to-day basis. Ryan expresses NRI’s shared vision to exceed the customers’ expectation by providing value added solutions for each of our clients. Ryan provides hands-on insight towards Research and Development at NRI, and is named on several company patents. Continuous improvement and product development efforts are key to the integration of NRI’s new products and cutting-edge technology.
Ryan is a graduate of Indiana University, where he completed his Bachelor of Science degree, then completed his Masters of Science degree at University of Central Florida.

Brian Kirkpatrick joined the NRI Management Team in May 2015 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over 15 years of investment and transaction experience, Brian is also responsible with the capital investment and strategic growth initiatives of NRI Holding Company, LLC.
Brian was previously Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of a $3.5 billion investment firm, where he was responsible with the firm’s investment strategy. Concurrently, Brian was also Founder, President, and Director of Capital Guardian Asset Management (“CGAM”), a $300 million institutional investment firm. Under CGAM, Brian was a Founder and President of Capital Guardian Funds Trust, the firm’s mutual fund division.
Brian received an MBA with a specialization in International Business from The University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida.
Brian serves on the Board of Trustees and Chairs the Investment and Finance Committee of the Quantum Foundation, which is one of the largest foundations in the state of Florida. Brian is also a Trustee of the Taylor Foundation, which has been in existence since 1954.
Harry has held various C-level roles at companies such as Sears, BFX, ISR, and GKI. His industrial and manufacturing experience includes PolyOne, Isola, Exal, Amcast, HDT, B&W, and Trinity Industries. He was also a leader in the US Navy’s stealth warship construction program at General Dynamics.
Harry was recently Managing Partner of a Bain & Company spin off where he led growth strategy, operational improvements, corporate transformations, and post-merger integrations for investment firms such as Bain Capital, Warburg Pincus, Oaktree Capital, Goldman Sachs, and TA Associates.
Harry was a commissioned military officer, and he holds an MBA from Columbia University and BS from the US Naval Academy.
VP Strategic Opportunities
Andrew Patrick’s career spans over 30 years and encompasses all aspects of pipeline engineering, from construction to inspection to repair. He began his 20-year career with Clock Spring as its sole sales executive for the western hemisphere and now manages the global sales team. He has utilized his deep industry knowledge to build a credible sales organization. Prior to that, Andrew was Sales Manager for the Western Hemisphere for Vetco Pipeline’s online inspection business. He began his career with Brown and Root’s Offshore Pipeline Division in various pipeline construction roles.
VP Composites Operations
Jordan Griffith has been working in manufacturing and fabrication facilities since the age of 13, while growing up outside of Pittsburgh in southwestern Pennsylvania.
His formative experiences led to a job running the east coast’s largest commercial powder coating facility. He was also the owner and manager of a state-of-the-art tube laser processing facility that manufactured materials for the construction, automotive, and defense industries.
Since joining NRI in July of 2013, Jordan has combined his knowledge of manufacturing and logistics with NRI’s cutting-edge product development.
As Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for operational aspects including inventory management, vendor contracts and negotiations, as well as supervising the manufacturing processes.
Jordan has a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management and Information Systems from Penn State University.
